Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the roller bit drilling process control under the uncertainty caused by a random change in the drilling rock properties. An optimization model is proposed to control the roller bit drilling parameters, using correction values of the axial force and bit rotation speed. A method for optimizing the operating parameters of the roller drilling process is developed, using correction values of the axial force and bit rotation speed, depending on the technical characteristics of the drilling rig and the physical and mechanical properties of the rock. The proposed method allows determining the maximum values of the bit life, drilling speed and their relation, corresponding to the optimal conditions of the roller bit drilling process, which are necessary for optimal control of the parameters of the process
