Abstract:
Статья посвящена вопросам совершенствования средств карьерного водоотлива. Показан процесс модернизации главной водоотливной установки угольного разреза, позволивший оптимизировать ее работу. Приведено аналитическое обоснование целесообразных геометрических и гидродинамических параметров водоотливной установки с трубопроводами из полиэтилена по ГОСТ 18599-2001, выработаны рекомендации по ее эксплуатации. При модернизации водоотлива проведен контроль технического состояния насосных агрегатов в зависимости от текущих рабочих параметров водоотливной установки с помощью виброакустических сигналов. Представлены амплитудно-частотные характеристики насоса 1Д630-90 при различных (от аварийных до оптимальных) режимах работы. Полученные характеристики рекомендованы к использованию в качестве эталонных при создании информационной базы для систем дистанционного мониторинга центробежных насосов 1Д630-90. Указано, что годовой экономический эффект от реализованных мероприятий составит 2,9 млн руб. при сроке окупаемости дополнительных капитальных вложений 10,5 месяцев.
The article is dedicated to enhancement of open-pit mine drainage system. The process of upgrading the main dewatering plant of a coal mine, which allowed to optimize its operation, is shown. An analytical justification of reasonable geometric and hydrodynamic parameters of a dewatering plant that uses polyethylene pipes according to requirements of GOST 185992001 is provided as well as recommendations developed for its operation. During the upgrading process, the technical condition of the pump units was inspected with the help of vibroacoustic signals depending on the current operating parameters of the dewatering plant. The amplitude versus frequency response characteristics of 1D630-90 pump in various (from emergency to optimum) operating modes are presented. The obtained characteristics are recommended to be used as the reference values when creating a data base for remote monitoring systems of 1D630-90 centrifugal pumps. It is specified, that the annual economic effect of the implemented measures will reach 2.9 million rubles with the pay-back period of additional capital investments of 10.5 months.
