REORGANIZATION OF THE INFORMATION FIELD OF THE CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL CITY CENTER THROUGH THE USE OF MODERN MEANS OF DESIGN AND COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES (IN THE KRASNOYARSK CITY)

Abstract

One of the main problems of urban development today - the preservation of historical buildings in conditions of urbanization. The article deals with domestic and foreign experience in the placement of advertising and information carriers and describes the created computer analysis method for building a color scheme means of visual communication. Cultural and historical center of the city means historically formed space with developed social and cultural, recreational and economic ties, conditionally limited by territorial boundaries.
