| Abstract | The paper considers the issue of estimating the value of real estate through a sample of observations using nonparametric estimation of the regression function. The problem is solved on the base of the sample containing data on one-room apartments in Krasnoyarsk city. Computational experiments shows the high accuracy of the obtained estimate. The information system for estimating the value of real estate is developed. | |
