| Аннотация | The paper presents the results of the research on the formation of the profile of competencies of the head of the municipal educational institution using the methodology QPD (Questionnaire Profiles of Demands) and of Computer Aided Personnel Test (CAPTain), which allows determining the threshold characteristics of a number of criteria of readiness to perform the work.
