Abstract

В статье раскрываются понятие и природа позитивного мышления, обозначаются особенности и источники токсичного позитивного мышления, выявляются негативные последствия и опасности токсичного позитива, а также описывается специфика проявления токсичного позитива человека в отношении других и себя самого. Делается вывод о важности формирования реалистичного мышления, учитывающего позитивные, нейтральные и негативные факторы, для преодоления эмоционального стресса и улучшения качества жизни человека. The article reveals the concept and nature of positive thinking, identifies the features and sources of toxic positive thinking, identifies the negative consequences and dangers of toxic positivity, and describes the specifics of the manifestation of toxic human positivity towards others and oneself. It is concluded that it is important to form realistic thinking that takes into account positive, neutral and negative factors in order to overcome emotional stress and improve a person's quality of life.
