| Abstract | В статье обсуждаются проблемы экономического, социального, инфраструктурного
развития Сибири. Показана необходимость активной государственной политики в отношении
развития сибирских территорий, включая политику локализации деятельности крупных
сырьевых компаний на территориях присутствия; изменения в межбюджетных отношениях;
расширение зоны «экономической свободы». Обсуждаются риски развития Сибири, связанные
с непоследовательностью политики федерального центра и нарастающими процессами

| Abstract | The problems of economic, social and infrastructural Siberia development are discusses in article.
The necessity of an active state policy regarding the Siberian territories development, including the
