The paper discusses the concept of a smart workplace for parameters control of microwave devices in small-scale customized manufacturing. The object of manufacturing is the microwave device based on a sensor of weak magnetic fields and the sensitive element of which is made by using the thin magnetic film technology. Thin magnetic film is characterized by heterogeneity of magnetic characteristics and it is necessary to research with large number of its samples with the accumulation and analysis of results. The possible variant of implementation the smart workplace for measuring magnetometer parameters on thin magnetic films is considered in paper. The proposed smart workplace concept allows to automate the design and technological processes related to the testing of devices, controlling their movement and tracking technical characteristics in different stages of the manufacturing process.
