A substantiation of the action mechanism of alkaline additives on the rheological characteristics of binary fuel systems is proposed, which will allow us to proceed to numerical methods for studying the technological processes of production. The possibility of increasing the stability of the suspension by using a nanomodifier obtained by ultradispersing to a submicron size of a portion of the same suspension is shown.
