| Аннотация | This article has certain goals and tasks for solving some engineering problems. The analysis of the situation regarding the applicability of risk management in the construction industry of the Russian Federation is presented. The reasons for the low prevalence of this means of ensuring the mechanical safety of buildings and structures are revealed. Examples of the application of risk management in the West, as well as examples and reasons for non-use in Russia are given. Measures and recommendations are proposed to change this situation in the construction sector. References are given to sources with weighty arguments for the application of building safety. | |
