We give aqualitative assessment of the dispersion of the received electromagnetic interference due tovariations in the electrical conductivity of the medium and the distance to the soil when search vehicledriving near these a water-soil boundary, we determine the best modes of motion and parameters of theprobing signal for different transmitter-receiver combinations.
