Аннотация:
The article presents the results of the study of prospects and problems of introducing
new information and communication technologies into the practice of assessing the
quality of medical services in Russia under conditions of the digital economy
development. The strategic goals of ensuring the quality of life, set the task for medical
organizations to improve the quality of medical services on the basis of objective and
reliable data. The current methods of assessment, even with the use of the Internet,
cannot ensure reliability of the reviews received due to low activity of the patients
determined by a number of reasons, where the major one is distrust of medical
organizations. The contradiction between the growing population dissatisfaction with
the quality of medical services provided, and the decrease in activity in the process of
quality assessment was a prerequisite for the use of new information platforms that
create conditions for an open and independent assessment of the quality of medical
services on the basis of trust. The use of new technologies that meet the requirements of
the digital economy, such as social networks and information portals by the medical
services consumers for quality assessment, will allow medical organizations to form
feedback path for the consumers and the population as a whole to create information
support for the solutions to improve the quality of services. The introduction of new
technologies into the practice of assessing the quality of medical services provided by
medical organizations is hampered by a number of issues, and their analysis appears as
a subject of modern scientific research in healthcare in the new economy. In
Krasnoyarsk, the independent research of the prerequisites and problems of developing
new technologies for assessing the quality of medical services was carried out by a
crossfunctional team of professors and students of Siberian Federal University and
Krasnoyarsk State Medical University named after Professor V.F. Voino-Yasenetsky
and doctors of the Clinical Hospital of Emergency Medical Care using field and desk
research methods.
